Monday, May 27th – MEMORIAL DAY

Town of Lowell offices will be CLOSED in Observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 27, 2019.  The Annual Memorial Day Parade will begin at 8:00am in the Village of Lowell Cemetery, and run through the Village of Lowell to St. John’s Cemetery. The parade will reassemble at Sam’s BP Amoco station in Reeseville and continue through the Village of Reeseville.  A program will be held at the Reeseville Village Cemetery beginning about 9:00am.  After the program there will be a community celebration at the VFW Hall in Lowell.


Town of Lowell – Request for Road Bids

The Town of Lowell, Dodge County, WI will accept sealed bids for sealcoating (single seal), per 1 mile of road with MS5 hot oil, brown ash aggregate, for approximately 4 miles; Also, requesting bids for possible wedging on various roads, and also requesting bids for Calcium Chloride 38% solution for approximately 1 mile of road, and 1-1/2 miles of gravel lift 8” laid, compacted to 6”, and 2 miles shouldering. In addition we are looking for quotes to replace 7 road culverts; 3 at 36” in diameter, plastic with AEW, and 4 at 24” in diameter, plastic, all approximately 40’ long.
