by the Town of Lowell Planning Commission on the 3 rd of October, 2017 at 7:30 p.m.

at the Town Hall Building at W8906 O’Sixteen Road, Lowell WI

To consider a land division and rezoning request for Matthew & Dawn Faust Trust, Property Owners,

to create one 5.00 acre residential lot in the RC-1 overlay district

from parent parcel pin #: 032-1014-2811-002 & 032-1014-2814-000 as

described as lands being part of the MISCELLANEOUS ADDITION OF OUTLOTS TO VILLAGE

OF REESEVILLE & PT OF E1/2 NE1/4 SEC 28 & PT NW1/4 & SW1/4 NE1/4 SEC 27 DESC

AS PARCEL 3 IN V98 P399 EX CSM V4 P84.

Notice is given that a quorum of the Lowell Town Board may be present at this meeting to

gather information about a subject which they may have decision-making responsibility

and may act on at a future Town Board meeting.
