 that the Town Board of the Town of Lowell will consider the adoption of a new Code of Ordinances titled “Code of the Town of Lowell” at 7:30 p.m., or immediately following the Public Hearing and Demonstration of the Town of Lowell Code of General Ordinances and the eCode360 Online Platform which will begin at 7:00 p.m. on

Thursday, September 3, 2020

Beginning at 7:00pm at the Lowell Town Hall

located at W8906 W. O’Sixteen Road, Reeseville, Wisconsin

You are further notified that a copy of said proposed new Code will be on file and open for public inspection in the office of the Town Clerk for a period of two weeks prior to its adoption, commencing Thursday, August 20, 2020, in  accordance with § 66.0103, Wis. Stats.  Any person wishing to attend the meeting who requires special accommodation because of a disability, should contact the Clerk’s office at 920/927-5787, at least 24 hours before the meeting begins so that appropriate accommodations can be made.
