Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Lowell will be meeting

of August 21, 2019 at 7:00pm at N3112 County Highway G, Reeseville, WI for purpose of a site

visit.

The meeting and hearing will reconvene following the site visit at the Town of Lowell Office

Building at W8906 O’Sixteen Rd., Reeseville  53579, Dodge County, Wisconsin to receive public

comment, consider and possibly render a decision concerning the Zoning Code Variance appeal

of Glen and Sandy Ellingson at N3112 County Road G, Reeseville, WI.  The variance seeks to

reduce the minimum setback of 100 ft. from centerline as required by R-1 Rural Residential

District of the Town of Lowell Zoning Code.

All affected and interested parties are invited to attend.
