NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:
That Members of the Town of Lowell Town Board, on the Application of Christopher Hookstead, shall meet, as fence viewers, under Chapter 90 of the Wis. Stats. as follows:
The Following Involved Locations:
Gary G. Beal – The property is known as The Town of Lowell Tax Parcel No. 032-1014-2141-0001, located in part of the NE ¼ of the SE ¼ and the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 21.
Merlin R. Beal Survivor’s Trust and the Elmyra S. Beal Family Trust – The property known as The Town of Lowell Tax Parcel No. 032-1014-2114-000, located in part of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 21.
Schmitt Living Trust – The property known as Town of Lowell Tax Parcel No. 032-1014-2832-000, located in part of the SW ¼ of the NW ¼ and the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 28.
Michael H. Rennhack and Beverly Rennhack – The property known as The Town of Lowell Tax Parcel No. 32-1-14-2044-00, and Parcel No. 032-1014-2133-001,
located in the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 21 and Lot 1 of Dodge County Certified Survey Map No. 6581
In relation to the boundary properties of Town of Lowell Tax Parcels: 032-1014-2143-000, 032-1014-2142-001, 032-1014-2113-000, 032-1014-2941-000, 032-1014-2914-000,
032-1014-2823-000, 032-1014-2911-000, and 032-1014-2823-000, respectively, owned by Christopher Hookstead.
