PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Lowell, Dodge County, WI will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on January 4, 2022, at the Town Hall, W8906 W. O’Sixteen Road, Reeseville, WI. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a land division and rezoning for Troy & Jessica Lauersdorf Family Trust property owner, to create three,
3.0 acre non-farm lots, on parcel pin # 032-0914-0822-000 & 032-0914-0714-000. These 3 acres lots will be rezoned to the RC-1 overlay district.
Notice is given that a quorum of the Lowell Town Board may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject which they may have decision making responsibility and may act on at a future Town Board meeting.
