  1. Call meeting to order
  2. Pledge of Allegiance
  3. Roll call
  4. Acknowledge meeting was posted in each municipality
  5. Approve agenda
    1. New Business:
      A. Appoint CLR Fire Group Secretary/Treasurer
      B. Election of CLR Fire Group President and Vice President
      C. Create & Appoint Members to the CLR Fire Commission
      D. Discussion on Designating a Financial Depository
      i. Discussion and approve possible contributions from each municipality to
      open the initial bank accounts.
      E. Approve Secretary/Treasurer to obtain an EIN for the CLR Fire Group
      F. Approve Secretary/Treasurer to obtain an insurance quote(s)
      G. Discussion with Chiefs regarding next steps
  6. Set Next Meeting Date(s)
  7. Adjourn meeting
