Town of Lowell – Notice of Public Hearing
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Lowell, Dodge County, WI will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on June 1, 2021 at the Town Hall, W8906 W. O’Sixteen Road, Reeseville, WI. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Phillip Berthold property owner, to operate a dog kennel on parcel pin #032-1014-2332-000. This kennel is for his commercial dog breeding operation.
Notice is given that a quorum of the Lowell Town Board may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject which they may have decision making responsibility and may act on at a future Town Board meeting.
