Town of Lowell – Notice of Public Hearing: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Lowell, Dodge County, WI will hold a Public Hearing at 7:15 p.m. on May 14, 2019 at the Town Hall, W8906 W. O’Sixteen Road, Reeseville, WI. The purpose of the public hearing is to review Ordinance 2019-4, an ordinance to repeal and re-create Title 13, Article J, Section 13-1-141(k), and to create Title 13, Article J, Section 13-1-141(l) of the Town of Lowell Zoning Code related to fence location and fence viewing. Copies of the proposed ordinance are available at the Town Hall Clerk’s office for public viewing during regular business hours by appointment.
