TOWN OF LOWELL BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

The Town of Lowell Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing and meeting on July 18, 2018, beginning at 7:30 p.m. at the Town of Lowell Office Building at W8906 W. O’Sixteen Road, Reeseville, Wisconsin. The purpose of the hearing and meeting is to receive public comment, consider and possibly render a decision concerning a Zoning Code variance appeal by Ken Smedema, as it may affect the use and/or development of their property located at N3575 Pratt Road, Watertown, WI in the G-1 Residential Zoning district at parcel pin #:032-1014-2314-000 as described as the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 23 in the Town of Lowell, Dodge County, Wisconsin. The variance appeal seeks to build a detached structure in front of dwelling/house. All affected and interested persons are invited to attend.
