Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Lowell Planning Commission on the 1st of May, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall Building at W8906 O’Sixteen Road, Lowell WI to consider a Certified Survey Map and rezoning request for Thomas Hamann, Property Owner, to change from the Conservancy District to AG-1 General Agriculture on lands described as the east 125 feet of the Southeast ¼ of Section 18, Town 9 North, Range 14 East lying south of C.T.H. “G” and part of the Southwest ¼ of the Southwest ¼ of Section 17, Town 9 North, Range 14 East, Town of Lowell, Dodge County, Wisconsin. Notice is given that a quorum of the Lowell Town Board may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject which they may have decision-making responsibility and may act on at a future Town Board meeting.
