 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Lowell Planning Commission on the 7th of November, 2017 at 7:30 p.m.  at the Town Hall Building at W8906 O’Sixteen Road, Lowell WI to consider a land division and rezoning request for Greg & Laura Joswick, Property Owners, to create one 2.307 acre residential lot in the RC-1 overlay district from parent parcel pin #: 032-1014-1313-000 and 032-1014-1314-002 as described as LOT 1 CSM 4664 IN V30 P3 BEING PT N1/2 SE1/4 PT S1/2 NE1/4 & PT SE1/4 NW1/4 SEC 13 and LOT 2 CSM 4128 IN V25 P247 BEING PT SE1/4 NE1/4 SEC 13

Notice is given that a quorum of the Lowell Town Board may be present at this meeting to gather information about a subject which they may have decision-making responsibility and may act on at a future Town Board meeting.
