The Town of Lowell has contracted with Assessor James Warzynski to conduct a revaluation of property assessments. He is in the process of visiting property within the Town at this time.
The Assessor has certain statutory authority to enter land as described in Sections 943.13 and 943.15, Wisconsin Statutes.
